No. In fact, we use after-call surveys via SMS texting almost 100% of the time. We get a really high response from SMS texting, whereas we don’t get that many customers that are willing to take a phone call survey. Sometimes we use after-call email surveys as well. As a general rule, we also try to keep our surveys to 5 questions or less. We have noticed that the longer the survey, customers don’t finish the survey. Even with 5 questions, we sometimes see clients start the survey, but they don’t finish.
